Converse Boots Provide All the Comfort, Function and Durability

#

For most of us, when we think of Converse shoes, we think of those old sneakers we wore as teenagers with the signature look and style. Those old Converse sneakers came in both under the ankle sneakers and as high tops with that special star symbol on it. We do not think of boots. However, there are many different styles in Converse boots that have all the comfort and fissionability that is a signature of this shoe company.

Converse Shoe Company was started in 1908 as a company that made rubber shoes. Ultimately, Converse went on to produce perhaps the most popular classic shoe of our time. The shoe? The Converse All Star. When most people think of Converse, their minds immediately jump to the All Star sneaker that has been so popular for several decades. However, Converse also produces boots. Converse boots offer the same amount of comfort and wearability as its sneakers.

One style of Converse boots is the Bosey. This boot contains a soft leather upper portion along with shearling lining to keep the feet nice and warm in the wintertime. These boots are a perfect alternative to Converse sneakers due to their all-weather appeal. You will never have to worry about your feet getting cold in these boots.

Converse also makes Rapid Response boots, which are their line of athletic boots meant to provide safety to the feet for those engaged in high duty. These Converse boots were specifically designed for performance. They are made with a combination of one thousand denier nylon for the upper portion of the boot combined with full grain leather. There is a side zipper, making putting on and taking off these boots incredibly easy. There is also a removable cushion insert plus a system to eliminate shock in these highly technical boots, which serves to increase their level of comfort even more. Finally, there is a "Sure-Grip Plus Trail" outer sole, which provides the utmost in traction both on sand as well as hard surfaces. This feature also makes these Converse boots incredibly durable. The Rapid Response boots are definitely the perfect boot for those who work outdoors.

Converse also makes a construction boot, containing leather uppers, a cambrelle combined with tailex lining and a removable cushion insert with a wedge made of sponge rubber. These Converse boots have an outsole that has dual density to create optimum comfort. The bottom is rubber with a heel that is at 90 degrees. The midsole has an EVA cushion along with a heel airbag, which provides the ultimate in support. These boots are ideal for construction workers who are on their feet all day long, ensuring that their feet do not feel ready to fall off by the end of the day.

You can also find Hiker Composite boots, which are Converse boots meant for the avid hiker. These boots are water resistant, perfect for hiking in any type of climate or surroundings. These boots are designed to keep your feet dry and warm and always comfortable. They also have outsoles, which are slip resistant so you can jump across some boulders or hike up loose sandy rock without fear of falling.

Coming in the late summer of 2010 is a Converse military boot. The construction of these Converse boots will be "direct attached" which means they will have a stronger bond between the outsole and the uppers. This type of construction means that outsole separation will likely become a thing of the past.

There are so many different styles of Converse boots to choose from. Converse boots serve many different functional needs such that virtually anybody and everybody can find a pair that will satisfy their particular requirements. Converse's emphasis on comfort and durability makes their boots a must have. Now you can go to one company for all your shoe and boot needs.
